Wellness Numbers

The UK based wellness numbers listed below are accessible for yourself and loved ones, should you feel the need to speak with someone.  The responders are trained mental health practitioners and there is no need to make an appointment; you can contact them during their operating hours.

Everything you communicate to them is confidential and the only time they will disclose anything to external services; if there is a safeguarding concern where you are at risk of harming yourself or another living being.

If you are in the UK, and feel at risk of harming yourself, another living being, or concerned for somebody elses safety, please seek immediate assistance.
