Reiki Healing
Reiki Healing is for times when you may be feeling lethargic, low and restless but have no idea what to do. You’ve been taking your vitamins, visited a health professional and even researched your symptoms on Google. But nothing seems to be helping. Do you wake up with no joy or excitement to your day, feel like a ‘zombie’ and ‘stuck’ as to which step to take next?
The distant healing process allows us to identify and release any stagnant energy, using a variety of techniques such as chakra anointing, grounding and crystals.
Reiki Healing
This is a remote healing session. We will have a pre-Reiki consultation (15 minutes) where you can ask any questions you may have about the process and which areas you would like to focus on. During this pre-Reiki consultation, we will get a date in the diary for the 60 minute Reiki session to take place. On the day of the Reiki session, we will open with a bespoke guided meditation and as you relax, I will perform distant healing including a chakra cleanse and afterwards we will reconnect on another pre-arranged date and time to discuss each of your chakras and which ones were open and closed (15 minutes). After the final consultation has been completed, you will received a bespoke Reiki manual with your bespoke guided meditation script should you wish to use it again.
