A researcher, consultant, therapist, and educator.  Using Neuroscience, Psychology, and Spiritual evidence base strategies to promote inner healing and growth and to provide a platform where autonomy is encouraged.

Professional memberships and qualifications include: The Royal Society of Medicine (RSM)- Associate, International Association of Therapists (IAOTH)- registered therapist and accredited training provider, International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP)- registered teacher and practitioner, British Neuroscience Association (BNA), Applied Neuroscience Association (ANA)- founding member, King’s College London Women’s Entrepren King’s College London MSc Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health, University of Greenwich Professional Certificate of Education (PCE), and BA (Hons) Education Studies.
